I was bored one day and I decided to join this reader recipe contest in my favorite food magazine. An original recipe and the story behind it or why it is a favorite was the requirement. Simple huh? Submitted the entry. Well, I WON. Hahaha. Just got a call/text and email and viola! Schedule photo shoot (yuck don't like my pic. hehe)
