Melt In Your Mouth Pancakes

2 cups pancake mix of your choice
1 cup fresh milk
1 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs

  1. Stir all the ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
  2. Cook on a hot griddle until edges are dry.
  3. Turn and cook until golden brown.
  4. Serve with your favorite syrups and sidings.
